Jumping helps children to relax, against depression and less stress in everyday life. Like other aerobic exercises, jumping also releases endorphins that help improve children's mental well-being. It also gives children a better outlook on life by building confidence, managing anxiety   and increasing self-esteem.

Children and teenage ski jumpers should feel happier after training, have a better mood, be less irritable, have better focus, concentration, and productivity throughout their day.

More energy through the day and a healthy look on life

When talking to children about healthy eating and physical activity, think about promoting a positive body image. Don't focus on weight and diet. Focus instead on cooking and preparing healthy foods, the fun and social aspects of exercise, the benefits of nutritious foods for growth, strong bones and good teeth. Be aware of the impact of negative body talk around children. Don't put too much emphasis on your physical appearance, or your child will too.
